Will I lose any chats or photos?
No, as long as the old phone still works. We use WhatsApp's official transfer methods, which move your full history and media. We check a few chats with you before we finish.
Can you transfer from a broken phone?
If the old phone won't turn on, we can only restore what's in your Google Drive or iCloud backup. Bring both phones and we'll check what's recoverable.
Does WhatsApp Business work too?
Yes. WhatsApp Business transfers the same way, including your catalogue, labels and quick replies.
Do you see my messages?
No. The transfer runs on your phones and we don't read, copy or keep anything. You can stay with your phones throughout.
How long does it take?
Usually one to three hours. It depends mostly on how many photos and videos you have.
