Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We install the app on every phone that needs access and show each person how to view live video, play back recordings and get motion alerts.
Do the cameras work at night?
All the cameras we install have infrared night vision. For areas where colour at night matters, like a car park, we can fit colour night-vision cameras.
What if the power goes out?
We can add a small backup power unit so the recorder and cameras keep running during short power cuts.
Can you fix or upgrade my existing system?
Yes. We service most common brands, replace failed cameras or drives, and can add new cameras to an existing recorder if it has free channels.
Is the footage private?
Footage is stored on a recorder in your property, not on our systems. Remote viewing is protected with your own password, which we help you set and don't keep.
